Article 2 – Google Analytics

The information collected by these cookies is transmitted directly to Google, which processes it for the purpose of compiling statistical reports on the use and performance of the Site. This information does not allow Internet users to be identified directly. Neither Google nor Vygon associate your IP address with other data belonging to Google and Google does not attempt to associate an IP address with the identity of an Internet user.
Article 3 – CAPTCHA
CAPTCHA is a security device to ensure that a functionality of the Site is actually used by a legitimate Internet user and not by a computer robot. To this end, CAPTCHA asks the Internet user to correctly enter a series of characters presented on the screen in a distorted manner, which ensures that the request for access is from a person.
The Site uses Google’s reCAPTCHA tool on the https://www.safe-enteral.com/contact/ page to combat spam.
Once reCAPTCHA is enabled, data relating to your navigation on the Site and a truncated version of your IP address are transmitted to Google for verification. The IP address used by Google for reCAPTCHA is not used for other purposes. In particular, it is not collated with other data collected by Google. In addition, no data entered in the fields of the form is transmitted to Google. This data processing is based on Vygon’s legitimate interest in limiting incoming e-mails to legitimate requests.
These data are likely to be transferred to the United States. To this end, Google and Vygon have signed the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
The use of other cookies requires the prior and explicit consent of the Internet user. A message to this end is displayed on the Site at the 1st login, then periodically. This message allows the Internet user to express their consent to the use of all or some of these Cookies. The lifespan of these cookies shall not exceed thirteen (13) months. .
Article 5 – Statistics
Data collected through Google Analytics are used by Vygon to produce usage and consultation statistics for the Site.
Anonymous statistics are compiled from the data collected by the audience measurement cookies, which do not allow Internet users to be identified directly. This anonymisation constitutes data processing implemented on the basis of Vygon’s legitimate interest in monitoring the use and performance of the Site. Vygon considers its interest to be proportionate to the rights and freedoms of Internet users, since they may refuse to accept audience measurement cookies and the data collected for this purpose do not allow them to be identified directly.
The resulting anonymised data are retained for twenty-five (25) months from their generation.
Data are only transmitted internally to those responsible for the production of anonymous statistics.
To the extent that the Internet user is able to establish that data used for the purposes of producing anonymous statistics regarding use and performance of the Site are relevant to them, they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, objection, restriction and erasure with Vygon:

Article 6 – Browser Settings
The Internet user can configure their browser to disable the recording of Cookies. The procedure to be followed may depend on the terminal and the browser:

This configuration, apart from being able to block technical cookies, and thus prevent or hinder the operation of certain functionalities, does not block the use of tracking Pixels.
